The Global Entry program allows visitors to the US to safe time on arrival at the destination airport. In October and November, there are special events in Germany , simplifying and abbreviating the registration process. Prior to the events, one has to check with German Federal Police. After passport inspection your personal information will be send to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the US.
